Kristinia Kirkwood began her development career in 2017 in the South Bay, where she has been pivotal in tackling issues like homelessness, food insecurity, and low-income affecting individuals and families throughout Los Angeles. She has contributed to key initiatives, including Mayor Karen Bass’s “Inside Safe” program in collaboration with Harbor Interfaith Services, which has helped house hundreds of individuals previously living in encampments. Kristinia holds an MBA from Marymount California University, a Manager Certification from Torrance Memorial Medical Center, and a Grant Writing Certification from The Center for Nonprofit Management.
