We are elated to share the overwhelming success of our annual member meeting on April 18, 2024, at T.R.U.S.T. South LA! The enthusiastic participation of our esteemed members has set the stage for a transformative year ahead. We were honored to have our departing board members, Benjamin Torres and Nancy Halpern Ibrahim, join us. We express our eternal gratitude for their years of leadership and dedication to our organization.

The power of the community was felt as our dedicated members casted their votes at the annual member meeting.  T.R.U.S.T. South LA is an incorporated non-profit Community Land Trust with a legal, voting Membership that has authority to elect a majority of the Board of Directors, amend By-Laws, and approve our real estate activities. Membership is restricted to low-income people who live or work within our CLT boundaries.

We proudly announce the election of a stellar roster of individuals who will champion our mission. This Board will uplift community voices, CLT residents, and bring expertise as mission aligned allies and community development experts in our governance and decision-making processes.
