Olusha “Shola” L. Giwa

Shola brings to Trust South LA extensive experience and expertise in Asset Management and Affordable Housing Operations, with a specialization in asset and property management of Permanent Supportive Housing portfolios. Previously, Shola managed a national portfolio of multifamily assets which included TOPA developments, across the Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, California, and Florida. At CDP, Shola leads the asset and residential services team, ensuring optimal performance of CDP’s multi-family assets. She implements effective strategies to foster financial stability and long-term growth for CDP, while also ensuring a human-centric approach that promotes thriving communities, agency and quality service for our residents. 

Shola is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds certificates from the USC Ross School of Real Estate and the LISC Housing Development Training Institute. Shola serves on the board of GALS, Inc., an all-girls public middle school, and enjoys preparing gourmet menus for family and friends at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Her happy place is being a grandmother to Kindred.
