Grants and Operations Manager

Arlon joined T.R.U.S.T. South LA in 2019, bringing over a decade of executive-level experience from one of the Philippines’ largest banks, where she served as Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer. She holds a degree in Business Management and plays a key role in T.R.U.S.T.’s day-to-day operations—providing critical administrative support, maintaining accurate member records, and managing the organization’s digital presence, including its website, social media channels, and monthly newsletter. 

In 2020, Arlon led the launch of T.R.U.S.T. South LA’s collaboration with the Los Angeles Department of Transportation’s Slow Streets initiative, bringing safer, more pedestrian-friendly streets to the neighborhoods surrounding T.R.U.S.T.’s office. 

Arlon earned a Web Development Certificate from UCLA in 2021. She recently stepped into the Grants and Operations Manager role, supporting the fundraising team in meeting strategic development goals and sustaining the long-term impact of T.R.U.S.T. South LA’s mission.
