T.R.U.S.T. South L.A. COVID-19 Relief Work:  Free Meal Distribution

We had a very successful free meal distribution during the month of April.  We will  continue to distribute free meals this month of May.  Meals will be given out every Monday to Wednesday from 12nn to 2pm.  T.R.U.S.T. South L.A. is very happy to be of service to our community during this pandemic.

  1. Funding: Flexible and Accessible Funding for Community Land Trust acquisition and rehabilitation. 
  2. Building Capacity: Invest in capacity of community based organizations.
  3. Statewide Right of First Offer Policy: Let’s ensure tenants and Community Land Trusts have a fair chance to purchase at-risk residential buildings before speculators!              
Hollywood Community Housing's Affordable Housing Project Florence Mills Apartments is now available for lease.  The development will offer low income housing units:
